The Human Resources Department ensures that there is planning for the Human Capital needs of the organization, attract and retain skilled and experienced individuals to assist with the organization’s success, the establishment of Human Resources policies, provide employees with the tools to effectively execute their duties, ensure employees welfares are addressed, conduct performance appraisal for employees and review their contracts.
